Client Mandate: A client mandate focused on completing a financing transaction. Such mandate includes a fixed retainer and success based remuneration.
Advisory Mandate: A client mandate focused on delivering structured finance advisory and consulting solutions. Such mandate involves a variable retainer.
Through the building of strategic relationships with key financial institutions and providers, and an extensive network of industry contacts, BSEC has developed a source of regular and real-time information on debt and equity pricing, analytics and research.
