BSEC is organised in five working groups: General Management, Structuring and Arranging group, Marketing and Sales group, SPV Management group and Administrative group. BSEC relies on a qualified team of diversified talents in the financial, legal, fiscal, marketing and auditing fields, and collaborates in Lebanon, Europe and MENA countries with leading specialists in such fields. BSEC's team is competent, dynamic and fully committed to deliver the highest quality client services and solutions. The team is constantly upgrading its knowledge in line with up to date developments in the field. As a result, BSEC has developed internal best in class competencies.

In Lebanon, BSEC team has developed the Fiduciary Securitisation Framework©, a unique proprietary structure designed to enable and facilitate the securitisation of assets and whole business transactions utilizing the enacted Lebanese Trust Laws. The structure has been approved by the Central Bank, Beirut Stock Exchange, and the Central Custodian as a valid and full-scale securitisation structure. It is the intellectual property of BSEC - Bemo Securitisation SAL, and was registered under Lebanese Law, Statute 75 of April 13th 1999. Team members have published a best selling book on securitisation, as well as articles in various world publications. Team members regularly appear as featured speakers at international finance conferences.
